From an empty panel to billing, in order

The workflows an ISP actually runs. Click a topic to see the steps.

Add a router

  1. Enter the MikroTik API address, port and credentials in the panel.
  2. It connects over the RouterOS API and reads the existing PPPoE profiles and secrets.
  3. Subscribers already on the router are imported, not retyped.
  4. From then on, any difference between the router and the panel is reported as drift.

Set up packages

  1. Give a package a name, price, speed and validity.
  2. The renewal invoice is raised from the package — one record, one price everywhere.
  3. Change a price later and existing invoices stay as they were.

Add a subscriber

  1. Add the customer and pick a package.
  2. The PPPoE username, secret, profile and queue are written to the router over the API.
  3. The subscriber gets a portal for their bill, a payment and a package change.

Run billing

  1. Invoices are raised on the billing cycle; dues are tracked.
  2. A payment link opens the bill and takes money through bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz.
  3. Reminders go by SMS on schedule.
  4. Expiry and auto-suspend run on their own — each a switch you hold.

Watch the network

  1. Routers and OLTs on a live dashboard.
  2. Every ONU's optical signal and LOS alarms, so a degrading line shows before the phone rings.
  3. RADIUS accounting keeps who was online, when, and for how long.
  4. An alert the moment a device stops answering.

Getting started

Five steps to running

1

An address of your own

Each ISP gets its own subdomain and its own database. Your subscribers never share a table with another operator's.

2

Connect the routers and OLTs

Give it the MikroTik API credentials and the OLT's SNMP or telnet details and it reads the rest — existing PPPoE profiles and subscribers import, so nobody starts from an empty list.

3

Set up the packages

Name them, price them, set the speed and validity. The renewal invoice is raised from the package, and a price you change later never rewrites an invoice you already sent.

4

Add your subscribers

Pick a customer, pick a package, and the PPPoE secret, profile and queue are written to the router over the API. What is already on the router imports, so nobody retypes a list.

5

Turn the billing on

Set the billing cycle, and invoicing, reminders, expiry and auto-suspend run on their own. Each of them is a switch you hold, not a behaviour you inherit.

See it with your own network

Tell us how many subscribers, which routers and what packages, and the demo is set up the way you actually run.
