The ones we are asked
Can another ISP see my subscribers?
No. Each ISP gets a database of its own rather than a share of a common table. Your panel is on your own subdomain, and there is no route from it to anybody else's data.
What happens to the subscribers and PPPoE accounts I already have?
The PPPoE secrets and profiles already on your MikroTik can be read in, so nobody retypes a subscriber list. Anything that does not match up is listed separately rather than merged quietly.
Does billing stop if a router or the server goes down?
No. Billing runs on the records, not on the router. Work that needs the router is held and retried when it answers again.
How do subscribers pay?
Online through ZiniPay, bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz, or in cash to a collector — both land in the same ledger. A payment link sent by SMS opens their bill and takes the money there.
Is there an app to install, and does it work on a slow line?
The panel runs in a browser; there is nothing to install. The subscriber portal and the hotspot pages are built light, for the connections they are actually opened on.
